We are proud to announce the official launch of the Maharashtra Europe Business Forum (MEBF)<\/strong> \u2014 a strategic platform to strengthen economic, cultural, and business ties between Maharashtra and Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MEBF was formally inaugurated by Hon\u2019ble Shri Uday Samant<\/strong>, Cabinet Minister for Industries and Marathi Language, and Mr. B.S. Mubarak, Consul General of India in Frankfurt<\/strong>, during the landmark Maharashtra Business Day<\/strong> held on June 7, 2025, in Frankfurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his keynote, Shri Uday Samant announced the establishment of the Maharashtra Investment Desk in Frankfurt and the reservation of 500 acres of industrial land in Maharashtra exclusively for German businesses \u2014 a historic step forward in Indo-German economic relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MEBF is based in Frankfurt, the financial heart of Europe, and will serve as a key enabler for European companies exploring opportunities in Maharashtra. It will also work to mobilize the Maharashtrian diaspora, foster partnerships, support startups, and build enduring bridges of innovation, trade, and investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
